ELWA LED Lighting Installation for Apex Films

Apex Films is a flexible packaging manufacturer that prioritizes quality and care. Before working with us, their lighting was dull, with different colours, and the space was inconsistent with light placement. To update their space, we completed a commercial LED lighting upgrade project.

To optimize working conditions and create a safer work environment, we corrected the inconsistent placing of the lights, made them all the same colour, and more than doubled the brightness of the previous lighting. And they now have safe lighting for the next 72,000 hours!

We are committed to providing clients with the best work possible! This project was challenging due to the placement of heavy machinery and alternating roof heights, but we were able to insert 162 fixtures in the incredibly fast four-day installation period. The lighting updates included adding 42 x 120W high bays, 108 x 24W Battens, 12 x 100W Floodlights. We are committed to maintaining a good relationship with our clients, so all lights also come with a 5-year warranty.

The best part of this project was that the job cost the customer ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, as they were doing the upgrades under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program. We were also able to work together to protect the planet’s future by recycling eight pallets of old mercury vapor lights by partnering with Ecocycle. Not only do we focus on a greener planet, but we also want to provide our clients with the highest cost savings and ROI possible.
