With a commitment to maintaining an Australian call centre, it was important that lighting and working conditions were appropriate at all hours of the day. A bright, stimulating environment was desired in order to set the moral which would ultimately be transferred to customers calling in from around Australia.
This cubicle style set-up allowed us to use these surface panel lights and give a uniformed feel throughout the whole building. The effects of good-quality lighting are very noticeable. Having brighter, cleaner and more consistent lighting throughout has greatly improved the overall experience of the inside of this building.
